Michelle Green joined the IN DOE Office of eLearning team in 2012 after three years of being a school and district level eLearning coach in Evansville, IN. A recovering English teacher, she still gets a little homesick for the classroom; however, she considers her work as the state eLearning Development Specialist a dream come true for a multitude of reasons. Our 1st Thursday of the month chats are focused on 1:1 topics and coaching. Making up the 1:1 and Coaching team are Keshia Seitz, Pam O' Risky, and Diana Gill. Keshia Seitz is a Director of Innovative Learning for Five-Star Technology Solutions. Her experiences in the field of education range from Middle School Social Studies Teacher to Grants Specialist to eLearning Coach. Keshia holds a BS in Secondary Education: Social Studies (IU), a MS in Secondary Education: Technology (IUPUI), a MS in Strategic Management (Kelley School of Business at IU), a P-12 Indiana Administrator’s License, and is currently working on her Ed.D in Educational Leadership (IU). Her dissertation centers around the topic of legal and policy implications of technology usage policies in 1:1 environments. Pam O’Risky is the eLearning Coach for MSD of Mt. Vernon, Mt. Vernon, IN. Before becoming the eLearning Coach, she taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th grades. She is also an adjunct instructor for PLS 3rd Learning. She has been integrating technology in the classroom since the days of TRS-80s. She holds a Master of Science, Elementary Education, from Indiana State University. Sharing her love of teaching with technology is a joy and passion! Diana Gill is the Instructional Technology Coach for East Porter County School Corporation where she supports teachers in the thoughtful integration of technology. Prior to her foray into educational technology, she taught high school English for eight years in Northwest Indiana. She holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from Ball State University.
Michele Eaton is the Director of Virtual and Blended Learning for the M.S.D. of Wayne Township in Indianapolis, Indiana. She focuses on staff and course development for Achieve Virtual Education Academy and provides leadership for the district's blended initiatives. Michele is a CoSN CETL and 2016 Next Generation Leader, President of the ISTE Online Learning Network, IUPUI online instructor, and Conference Chair for the Indiana Connected Educators organization.

Amy Heavin is the principal at Ryan Park Elementary School, MSD of Steuben County in Angola, IN. She has been a school administrator since 2010, and taught middle school English for 8 years prior to that in Pasadena, CA, and Kendallville, IN. She holds a BMA from DePauw University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University. Passionate about curriculum and instruction, she pursues learning opportunities to blend 21st century essential skills instruction with best practices, leading through collaboration and coaching efforts.
