Our 1st Thursday of the month chats are focused on 1:1 topics and coaching. Making up the 1:1 and Coaching team are Keshia Seitz, Pam O' Risky, and Diana Gill. Keshia Seitz is a Director of Innovative Learning for Five-Star Technology Solutions. Her experiences in the field of education range from Middle School Social Studies Teacher to Grants Specialist to eLearning Coach. Keshia holds a BS in Secondary Education: Social Studies (IU), a MS in Secondary Education: Technology (IUPUI), a MS in Strategic Management (Kelley School of Business at IU), a P-12 Indiana Administrator’s License, and is currently working on her Ed.D in Educational Leadership (IU). Her dissertation centers around the topic of legal and policy implications of technology usage policies in 1:1 environments. Pam O’Risky is the eLearning Coach for MSD of Mt. Vernon, Mt. Vernon, IN. Before becoming the eLearning Coach, she taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th grades. She is also an adjunct instructor for PLS 3rd Learning. She has been integrating technology in the classroom since the days of TRS-80s. She holds a Master of Science, Elementary Education, from Indiana State University. Sharing her love of teaching with technology is a joy and passion! Diana Gill is the Instructional Technology Coach for East Porter County School Corporation. She is also an Innovation Specialist for the Indiana Department of Education Office of eLearning. Diana is a Google for Education Certified Innovator and a Google for Education Certified Trainer. She also is an Indiana Connection Educator (ISTE Affiliate) Board member, and facilitates the Connected Coach Collaborative, a technology coach initiative for the state of Indiana. Michele Eaton is the Director of Virtual and Blended Learning for the M.S.D. of Wayne Township in Indianapolis, Indiana. She focuses on staff and course development for Achieve Virtual Education Academy and provides leadership for the district's blended initiatives. Michele is a CoSN CETL and 2016 Next Generation Leader, 2018 EdWeek Leader to Learn From, President-Elect of the ISTE Online Learning Network, IUPUI online instructor, Conference Chair for the Indiana Connected Educators organization, and member of the EdTech Heroes and The 411 Vodcast.

Tiffany Copple is a sixth grade science teacher at Scottsburg Middle School by day, and an Office of eLearning Innovation Specialist by night. Tiffany has been teaching for 14 years in a variety of elementary and secondary classrooms, and also holds a MS degree in Educational Leadership. She’s an Apple Certified Teacher who specializes in intentional integration of iPads in her 1:1 classroom. Her love for expanding students’ horizons with technology drives her to share this passion with other educators at SOEL events and national conferences such as ISTE.
